“Shooters shoot, Tobin!” That’s what my coach used to tell me, and I still hear it in my head from time to time. Whenever I do, it refocuses me. No matter how many shots I missed, I always believed the next one was going in.

You can’t confidently step into a new version of yourself while staying focused on what didn’t work in the past. Growth doesn’t come from replaying failures—it comes from learning from them. Every experience, good or bad, has a lesson we can apply moving forward.

So let me ask you this: What is one area of your wellness you want to improve? What have you tried before that worked well? What didn’t? And how can you use those experiences not as reasons to hold you back, but as fuel to take another shot with confidence, believing this one will go in?
